Fired him for appalling work, no-shows and delays; see his other bad reviews. He's a middle man; does not do any work; got others to do it like a plumber, then a tiler the next day; slow work made worse when someone messed up or did not show up. Ali only shows to deliver materials or check work. Quick to reply when wanting the job. Slow/no response once job starts thinking you wont cancel. Materials I paid not returned; take every receipt and check you keep/use every item as he will even for wipes/tape

Following our move into our new house I needed to clear out the back garden, which looked overgrown and unappealing. Anthony and Ed carried out a comprehensive clearance of my garden from overgrown shrubbery, broken down flowerbed-edging and removing all the stumps. While there were a few setbacks, such as workers not showing up, a mini digger that was too big to get through the side gate and the skip arriving late, they resolved the issues admirably and finished the job on time. I am happy with the result.

Excellent service and good price. Joe took a few hours to remake my garden into a beautiful and useable place again. He gave me very good advice for the future, and ensured that what I believe to have been hedges, Leylandii, would never again grow to such enormous heights, effectively blocking out all the light in my garden and beyond. John came out & had a look at the job & we agreed a price. I showed him the access & he said there were no problems with getting a grinder in. On the day, he sent someone else who felled the tree but left the stump. I let him know that the agreement was to grind the stump and he advised that his grinder could not do the job. I paid up because John seemed okay & I thought I could sort it out with him later. At first, it seemed likely, but he has since stopped answering. I wouldn't recommend JTS to anyone,

We asked Rob to build a garden pathway and small patio and he did a really good job. From start to finish Rob was knowledgeable, accommodating and professional at times.
