Neat and Tidy did a great job of tidying up our garden in a rental property. They gave a quote based on photos and did phone on the day to say that the scope of the job was much bigger than originally thought, so the cost was higher but this did reflect the state of the garden. Quick and efficient, and put the garden back to a manageable state.

The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. They started next day and completed the job quickly and to my complete satisfaction. The site was cleaned up & all waste taken away. I will definitely use them again and strongly recommend them.

He skilfully thinned a large silver birch overhanging our garden, cut back an overgrown Fiddle-Leaf Fig, and trimmed other trees. He cleared a large amount of waste and left everything tidy. I was over whelmed by the very early start which in this weather I can understand but how quickly this size of tree was removed worked non stop respected my neighbours property and cleared and removed all materials and logs no damage considering the size of tree.. This was our first job with this company, and we were entirely happy with every aspect of it. Tammy came straight out to view the garden, and reccomended the best way to tackle our trees. What we really liked about Tammy is that she met all the timings, and delivered exactly what was promised. She then came back at the end of the job to check we were entirely happy before taking any payment. We can reccomend this company without reservation, and we will definitely use them again.
No work ethics. Despite clearly explaning the scope of work, did only about half the work and claimed they are done and left. In the evening, on my own I made a contact to pay them partial amount for what they put effort towards. Wouldn't reccomend to anyone.
