I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up. I’m a self employed tradesman who specialises in a wide variety of property repairs, maintenance and improvements. I have been in the trades for over 10 years and have extensive knowledge on many areas ranging from roofing down to groundworks. Did a reasonable job of the actual repairs but hired scaffolders who left equipment blocking our garden gate, driveway and public path for over 6 weeks. Tom started ignoring calls and texts and wouldn't supply the contact details of the scaffolders. Only emailing Tom with a threat of reporting them to the HSE prompted any action. While Tom can't be held responsible for the scaffolders, his lack of communication or support was a huge letdown

The guy come to see the tree, give me a price but never come back to do the job. Call couple of times, message him, said will come next day but didn't come. After 2 weeks send me a message if still I want to cut the tree, job was done with other company.
