He replied to messages quickly, turned up when he said he would, and was correct that our tree had in fact died. Bryan of Valley Maintenance was very good. He contacted me when he couldn't make the time to do a quote and rearranged. He turned up and was very knowledgable, and when the quote came in was happy to discuss changing aspects of the job. He turned up to do the work on the day and we are very pleased with the resulting concrete plinth he provided us with. I would use Bryan again for other work.
