James Butler also trades as CGS Landscapes. He paved my driveway with poor quality slabs in September 2024 blaming the manufacturer and not himself. More broken slabs has been replaced by him 3 times in 6 months. He has refused to respond to my calls. He texted back calling me. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. Please don’t hire James Butler.

Which we carry out the repair work and plastering side of operations around the South Coast and have done for many years. As time has progressed through being in the plastering trade for so long we have found ourselves branching into other areas such as landscaping and small building work, which we’re always happy to look at. Fantastic job done by Grant. Was looking for a plasterer at short notice, Grant started the job the next day! Completing a bathroom and 2 large ceilings. Grant's plaster work was outstanding. I use lots of trades in my line of work and can safely say he's the best plasterer I've come across. Quick, very tidy and a great personality too! Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again.

Disappointing Experience The initial response was quick, but the job description and photos weren't thoroughly reviewed. Although the job was completed, the leak returned within days. Despite attempts, there's been no response to finish the job. We'll now have to pay another company, meaning our initial payment was wasted.

Very keen price. Team of two arrived very promptly and worked hard all day for three days. Good job done and very happy with how the roof looks now. Almost rated 5stars but some mess left behind. You can employ this team with confidence.
