Dean did an absolutely fantastic job of our kitchen n utility, which was a mismatch of plaster board, old artex n plaster n exposed bricks. It is now a super smooth freshly plastered room. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER! Andy MacClay trading as FRPM was engaged to fit a bathroom for a lady in her 90's. Although personable, he did an appalling job and left the poor lady with raw sewage leaking and a dreadful smell. She was very distressed for months and it cost over £1800 to put the work right. He has since stopped answering his phone and does not respond to any communication.

The job revealed some extra work was needed but the changes were all discussed and agreed without pressure before being implemented and James was able to bring in extra team members whilst on site so the work was completed in a timely fashion. All of the team were personable and a pleasure to have on site.
