All works were carried out to my complete satisfaction. Steve and Dave were very punctual each day, kept us informed of their progress with additional works carried out with care and to a high standard. Steve works in a very organized manner and always tidied up at the end of each day. All in all I would be happy to recommend Steve and will be engaging him again for other works in the future.

6/5 stars. Outstanding work from Chris and his team carried on our recent building project. We could not be more pleased with the finished result and the professionalism shown throughout the process. From the initial (honest) consultation to the final handover, Chris' team consistently demonstrated a high level of expertise and attention to detail. The work was completed on time and to an exceptional standard, with clear communication and regular updates. Would recommend without hesitation.

Arek gave us a fair quote and worked with us for a suitable start date. Arek, Kris and Gutek were lovely, friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and did a fantastic job of the work we needed doing even going beyond to ensure a good finish. Absolute pleasure to have them here for 7-8 weeks. Trustworthy, professional and clean. Would absolutely recommend Arek and his team. We'll certainly be asking him back when we have the garden to do. 5*

Steve came out to quote the very next day. He juggled round jobs to get mine in which was fantastic. He was very friendly without making you feel uncomfortable. Has a great demeanour which for a lady alone and the very very wrong side of 21 is very important. I asked a lot of questions all answered without hesitation. He is very passionate about his job and company which showed in the results. Well done guys. Would use you again and recommend you all again without hesitation.

The quality and standard of work is the best in the business and always aims to help you understand the nature and requirement of the job; how he will achieve it and does it at cost effective price. 'Gez' was a complete star! He listened to what I wanted and accommodated almost to the letter (compromise was made on only a few minor things because of what was/was not physically possible) His work is of a really high standard, and I can see he really takes pride in wanting to do a good job and producing a clean and beautiful job. He is extremely trustworthy, very polite and curtious (he's also a good laugh!)He always lets you know what he is going to be doing the following day so you are not left wondering where you are in the job. The transformation of my bathroom is amazing and I can't thank him enough for what he has done. Gez, the cats will miss you, but I'm sure we'll be calling on you again soon!!! Thank so much

John has done a professional job from start to finish.Throughout he has been courteous ,punctual and tidy .Part of the work meant access was needed through the house but mess was kept to minimum and clean . I can recommended without hesitation . The room is finished to a high standard , and is better then I imagined .

Tippo and his team were very professional at all times and involved us at all stages of the work. He explained clearly what would be done and the job was carried out to time and exactly the way it was planned. His team turned up promptly every day and were diligent, polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend Impact refurbishment.

The guy's did an excellent job refurbishing my house. From the new bathroom, Kitchen, painting, plastering etc.... No job was out of there reach, i wouldn't hesitate to use them on my next project.
