Darryl and team have done an outstanding job. Came early and prepared the entire hall stairs and landing. All doors, handles and light fittings covered. They worked hard all day and were very meticulous about everything. Completed the job to a very high standard and cleaned up, before they left on day 2. Worked late to complete the job. We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. They worked hard, left the garden tidy, and took away all the waste. They were very pleasant and Emma, in particular, gave good advice regarding ongoing after care of the garden. Dave is friendly but completely disorganised and does not reply to repeated calls or emails. He lost the instruction book for our boiler. Now he has not supplied any gas safety certificate, despite constantly asking for over a month. I am going to have to pay someone else to do this in addition to the money I paid him for the job. Very disappointed, my elderly mother who he did the work for has been ill with the worry

Although personable, he did an appalling job and left the poor lady with raw sewage leaking and a dreadful smell. She was very distressed for months and it cost over £1800 to put the work right.
