Mark was great at the outset - very responsive and keen to help, seemly went out of his way to get the job done and even saved us money in the process, I have unfortunately had to revise my rating down to two stars. Having completed the job and been paid upfront we were then completely let down by Mark who failed to come back and fix various snags including replacing the bathroom flooring which had not been fitted correctly. A lesson learnt by us to withhold full payment until satisfied with the job.

He is friendly, punctual, trustworthy, knowledgeable about tiles/tiling and worked round our living situation - a family of 4 with 3 dogs, so it wasn’t easy! I want to thank Mariustz as he has done a great job. The initial job was for some doors trimming, but we agreed also on some other jobs which were needed such as changing the door side opening, locks change, putting biddings and corners and new architraves. He is very kind, detailed and generally a very nice guy to talk to. I will definitely ask him again to do some other works for me.

Matt a really nice guy from Multi Trades turned up to assess and quote for the repair and re-tiling of our leaking shower. He gave me a very reasonable quote which I accepted, told me when he could start and duly did. All through the job he was efficient, courteous, clean and tidy. He finished the job to our complete satisfaction on time and on budget. There are more jobs we need doing round the house so I will definitely be calling on Matt again.
