The job revealed some extra work was needed but the changes were all discussed and agreed without pressure before being implemented and James was able to bring in extra team members whilst on site so the work was completed in a timely fashion. Nice tiles in bathroom but paid for a door and radiator to be fitted and these weren’t done. Got radiator on floor not attached! Had to get someone else to fit door. It took me three hours to clean up after his mess, no joke, bathroom was filthy. Asked him to come back to fill in gaps in tiling & fit other things which he said would do, and he did a few of these things. He changed bath plug because wasn’t fitted properly but instead of removing first plug, he left some of it in sink hole,

I was initiall confident in my choice of team to have my patio done. Completion was set for 1 week from the start. 4 weeks later Im still chasing for completion after being left with a blocked drain from grout , gaps in my grouting in ththeew patio and my extensi lead they accidentally took to be returned. Multiple chances to fix and complete outstanding tasks over the last 4 weeks. Even today, plan made, and I was told the blocked drain at least would be sorted and yet again let down by John.
