The work completely was of a very high standard with immaculate attention to details. Jerry was punctual from the survey stage to the end of the work. He sorted little snags with the wall, separated the work area with a plastic sheet so the dust was minimised. After each day, my home was left clean and the job was progressing well. Relm were fantastic. I have done a lot of renovations over the years but our regular builders weren’t available and we had to get the job done on short notice. Relm were professional, helpful and most notably stayed on time and on budget. I wasn’t able to be onsite and they kept me up to date with photos and videos. They left the building site clean and tidy and I am delighted with the quality of the workmanship. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends.

We are a period/listed property restoration company. We specialise in traditional materials and methods. Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. He and his team did an excellent job on the hall tiling and also managing the cloakroom plumbing ( moving a sink and toilet) to complete the tiling here. I would highly recommend him and his team for doing a great job.

Very professional. Arrived on time, immediately started putting down floor protection from the front door right the way through to the studio room. Said what time they would be finished and actually finished a little early. Did a good job of cleaning up after. And as for the plastering, it’s some of the best I’ve seen! Absolutely fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend them, and would use them again in a heartbeat!
