PB installed a new Velux window where an old skylight had been positioned. The job turned out to be more complicated than first anticipated. However, PBs staff stayed as long as the task took (working into the dark and coming back the next day) and charged no extra. After 9 month of the pointing being undertaken, part are starting to fall out. I have tried to contact the tradesman via phone and email but get no response (call terminated/no reply to email via ratedpeople or direct). Very dissappionted with the workmanship and total lack of customer care once paid for job.

This company agreed to do the job I advertised but cancelled on the day they were supposed to start and a new day was arranged (today) nobody has shown up and they are not answering their phone. If they can't or don't want the job, then please have the decency to let your customers know, so that they can arrange with other companies.

I have had to have all the work carried out by this company stripped and re-done. It also took me a day to clear the gutters, clean the fascia’s and the drive way and all the waste they had was dumped in my bins! I have had to take a loan out to get this done again.
