Did a poor job. Begged to be paid and promised to return to fix issues. He never did and ignores messages. Felt not sealed properly, bubbled out and on the front where visible. Knocked 2 bricks completely loose and just left them like that. Didn't mention them. Regret taking a punt on him. Silly of me to pay the full amount. You live and learn.

A.JOHNSON PROPERTY SERVICES - We originally complained of the sub standard work carried out by the above the job that wasnt done to our satisfaction and the fear factor was used on us to have furher work carried out. The leak that was supposed to be repaired was not repaired, consequently we have rain still pouring through our ceiling. He also said its a wonder that the chimney stack had NOT fallen in. The WHOLE of the job took 2.5 hours. Full report is available with pictures should anyone wish.

Great team of guys. Very professional. Did a very good job repairing our roof which turned out to be more involved than originally anticipated and therefore a lot more expensive. However did feel pressurised to agree to the extended work. Negative feedback on this job- a week on from completion l still have the scaffolding erected despite promises to remove it promptly.

Family stuff got in the way, so I didn’t go ahead with the job described but Damien did a different job where he built a false wall in my garage to create a warmer part of the garage for my cats, plus it has helped keep my house warmer. Damien turned up on time, did the job we discussed. There was one issue where I wanted more shelves put up on the wall, this was no problem for Damien, he went out to get the extra brackets needed and got the job done. Thank you :)

LT roofing did a great job re-rendering our front and rear chimney stacks, also advised us on some additional remedial repairs on our existing slate roof and guttering. Matt was very friendly and attended promptly to replace an outdoor bottle gulley this had been fitted incorrectly by original builder from time property built. He problem solved the issue and installed a new bottle gulley.. I give this 5 star for his customer service as had to return to re adjust the the installation due to water overflow. But now all good and sorted.

Very poor. They did not provide an accurate quote and tried to charge 50% extra. Workmen were messy and noisy and left screws and nails all over the driveway causing a tyre puncture. The tyre had to be replaced. Waste removal was delayed and the guttering is still not finished.
