Arrival roofing turned up and explained what needed doing to my roof . I was shown photographs of previous work carried out by them . We hired arrival roofing to do the work they turned up on time and did the work as explained and when finished left the place clean and tidy . Terrible experience. The guttering installation was substandard—uneven, leaking badly, and incomplete. Despite a second visit, the "repairs" did not hold. Additionally, the lack of site etiquette with neighbors reporting offensive language throughout the day. I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking for competent or respectful tradespeople. Tried to get in touch to see if they wanted to try another repair but ignored. Wish I could upload pics...

Still no reply from this company. I have no paperwork as proof of work done. I will struggle when selling. I cant believe they haven't followed through on after service. They hadn't even packed up- when I was practically frogged marched to the bank where I withdrew £4.500 cash and handed it over to Al... without an exchange of a receipt. still annoyed that the pictures of my house are up on their dashboard. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.
