I asked for tree removeing in the price quoted but was charged an extra 80£ for tree taking away not too happy with that .but the work done was excellent they worked very hard and did the job very quickly .would use again but with set price .

William and his team did an excellent job clearing all weeds and cleaning the block paving in our front and back gardens. It was an enormous task and the gardens looks better than ever. I would highly recommend him.

I am really please with the qualiy of the work that Andy and his team put into the landscaping of my garden. They listened to what I wanted and offered some useful enhancements. They were always friendly and left things pretty tidy at the end of each day. The additional bits I wanted added to the cost but thats to be expected (it was itemised) and it did improve on the overall apperance of the job. Most days they arrived as schedulled. Overall I am very pleased with the work and would use them again.

After waiting three weeks to see how the new lawn progressed I can say that it is as good as I hoped at this stage. The job from contact to now has been excellent with the work starting on time and finished in one day as promised. Ben was very helpful in all aspects of our meetings making me feel very comfortable and confident in recommending his work.

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.

Knowledgable and straight-talking, Terry was extremely helpful and offered a lot of experience to back every suggestion. He kept me informed at each stage and he kept the project (which turned out to be more complex than thought) on budget. Would recommend and plan to contact him again for another project.

Carl and Phil have done an amazing job with our extension. The quality of the workmanship is second to none and they kept us very well informed every step of the way. James and his partner were late due to bad traffic but kept me updated via text. When they arrived we were out but obviously got straight down to work as, when we got home they had almost finished. They were polite and friendly and even reduced the price as I said I didn't need them to get rid of the rubbish. It is always a gamble choosing tradesmen you don't know but I will certainly use James and his partner for future jobs.
