Just had Richard round to rebuild a wall and I can't sing his praises enough. From start to finish it has been a pleasure, He has kept me informed of how and what was happening and through out has kept mess to a minimum and upon inspecting the final job seen that he has washed the whole area down and apart from wall no evidence he has been there. Derrick is a highly knowledgeable & professional builder, he went over and above expectations when removing a load bearing wall to create a kitchen diner in our house along with removing an outdoor toilet. We engaged Simon and his team to remove a supporting wall, thus opening up the kitchen into the dining room. From the start, Simon was knowledgeable and offered helpful insight. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. MBC have been unprofessional due to their unreliability, failing to complete the work and taking 4 months to do a job which was estimated to take 10 days. Whilst removing a bathroom the ceiling collapsed, they ruptured a water pipe damaging new kitchen although it was repaired.They have failed to replace the new sink which they cracked, left spotlights unfinished in bedroom, loft access and fireplace hearth unfinished. Martin has apparently been a project manager but his time management is appalling.
