Excellent work on cleaning 2/3 of my roof in 2022. However, he was unable to clean the last 1/3 because of the importance of another job - and my job had taken longer than estimated. We agreed that he would complete the last 1/3 no later than May 31st 2023. In spite of at least 4 attempts to communicate with him (emails and an internal Rated People message) prior to the end of May, I have had no response from him. Hence the rating.

Excellent service. Did exactly as quoted and to qouted price. Took lots of pictures of before and after during the work and then showed me afterwards to see what they had actually done. Cleaned up after themselves and left everywhere tidy. Very pleased would recommend to anyone.

Clear communications from initial call through to completed job. Best quote by a country mile, and the job was carried out quickly and to a high standard. I hope I won't need any further tiles replacing on my roof, but if I do I'll be giving this company a call again. Highly recommended. I wish all my dealings with tradesmen were this good! Really really happy with the all-round service from Vanda, Steve and the team. They were really helpful, punctual and did a fantastic job of removing a supporting wall, helping project manage and sort out issues with our kitchen delivery. We absolutely love our kitchen and this is down to their fantastic work. Highly recommend!

Chris and Dan are v professional and polite. They have competitive prices which does not mean that they scrimp on the high quality of their work. Chris contacted me immediately, met me that evening and commenced work within days - v efficient. The completed work was done to a high standard and the property was left neat and tidy (v, refreshing for tradesman!!) They will advise on work that would be useful but leave the final decision to you which illustrates their knowledge in their field of work.
