Working outside in the commercial maintenance industry I learned a huge amount about the work and all the different areas of work there are. I’ve learned the work from starting at the bottom and rising to the top, I’ve taken on more challenging roles such as being a supervisor but I always love to get involved in the work. In every job challenges can arise. Working outside in the great British weather can be a challenge in itself especially as you never know what Mother Nature is going to throw at you. Despite the various challenges we encounter our standard of work never falters and we always aim to deliver to the highest of standards. After years in employment I made the decision to become self-employed and start my own landscaping company (Garden Knights LTD). Local to me (NorthLondon) and came and did the job (clearing a drainpipe and the climbing plant that was blocking it) within a couple of hours of my posting. They also did an inspection of nearby eaves and roof and pointed out a couple of things that were slowly falling into disrepair.
