I was absolutely delighted with the job that Stephen did. I wanted one wall tiled behind my cooker and I had already bought the tiles so had an image in mind. When Stephen came out he gave me expert advice and tips on what I should use in terms of adhesive, grout and trim. He was the only tradesman to measure the area I wanted tiled which was reassuring from the start and I made an instant decision to use him for my job. He turned up on time and did a brilliant job. I would absolutely recommend him.

If i could give 6 stars I would, From the first point of contact with Frank on revamping my back garden to him coming to my house to brainstorm ideas. Discussing renewing decking Frank gave me an idea of building a retaining wall and back filling the space to have a level even garden. Frank and James were punctual and professional on site. The whole job seemed effortless (from my kitchen window). Given what was required. If I ever need anything else done garden or driveway wise i'll be calling him!!

I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up. Given his professional approach I asked Elliot to do this work for me at the agreed price. Unfortunately for what appeared to be reasonable reasons he had to push the start dated back, but four times! He has wasted my time and caused considerable delay as now I need to find another builder- would not recommend Gave one star because the system requires at least one.

The quality of the paint work was good as well as the price! Marcin and his friend seemed easy going yet professional in their approach. There had been a misunderstanding regarding some areas I'd asked to be painted so when I spoke with Marcin about it he was more than happy to sort it out. I'd very much recommend Marcin and would ask him back again if I needed any more work done.
