Patrick is obviously highly skilled and he works very hard. That said, nothing is too much trouble for this young man, and it's clear that his customer's satisfaction is paramount. Dave is hard working, very reliable and very professional. He discussed any changes from my original plan he thought would improve things but never forced his ideas, always embracing compromise. My wife and I are extremely happy with the final result and would highly recommend Dave to anyone who wants an honest builder who gives a first rate job.
