Jesse Ball was on time, hard working and a perfect gentleman. He was able to offer me a variety of options to solve the problem at the top of my garden. This is the first builder I have met that really seemed to know what he is talking about. Found him very helpeful and a pleasure to deal with. The price that was quoted was fair and in comparison not the cheapest but the quality of work carried out I was extremely impressed with. If anyone needs a recommendation I'm more than willing to speak to you. There were extras on this job but he explained the reasons why it needed to be carried out and it was explained clearly before any extra work was carried out. Very impressed so have given 5 star rating.

Aaron and the team of 2 did a great job of pruning our cherry tree and it now has a nice shape. They also removed a fir tree at the same time, including root which we were also delighted with. Very efficient, just got on with it, no faffing about and very tidy. I did 4 stars rather than 5 for reliability because they didn't come in the end on the day we arranged and only let me know about 1hr before. Every company can have an off day so we rearranged and they then came as agreed. Very happy with result.
