They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Marius was outstanding in every respect. We recently bought a house that had engineered oak wood flooring that has been stained in a dark tone. Marius sanded back the floor to the original oak finish across the whole of the downstairs. It completely transformed the floor, was meticulously sanded and beautifully finished. The work was tidy and James was able to talk me through the issue he saw and steps we would take before commencing the work, handy for long distance landlords. Timing skipped due to an medical issue.

Drainage job completed to my satisfaction and the garden was left in a reasonable state on completion. Not turning up at agreed times and the lack of communication was problematic, but we got there in the end.

This is an effective, no-frills, reasonably priced outfit. They replaced my house extension 4mx4m flat roof with a new felt flat roof. I was impressed by the speed of response to my job posting, with a site visit on the same day and the work done a few days later in one day. The workmen were skilled and diligent and produced a good-looking product, clearing up afterwards. I paid the original price quoted, with no additional surprise items. No problems have arisen in the week since, despite storms.
