I was apprehensive at first before making my first enquiries to get my job done as I haven’t done this kind of thing before. I was contacted by Nick at New Builds and he came to visit the site and explained everything to me in detail. The team at New Builds handled the job exceptionally well and kept me updated throughout the process. I was made aware of the costs all the way through which was helpful. I even needed some changes to the job which was handled just as well. I will be using them in the future.

Tony contacted me straight away about a quote to replace some bathroom tiles and arranged to come to give a.quote soon after. The quote was very reasonable, and he was able to come within a couple of days to do the work he arrived in time, made little noise or mess. He cleaned up afterwards, and the job is first class. He even fitted a new shower mixer. Would recommend Tony, and will be asking him back when there are more jobs to do.

Gzim installed a gate for which he had not provided a receipt. Also the gate is out of alignment as he had not secured the posts. A bad job which needs to be corrected. I have tried to call Gjim but he is not responding to my calls.

The guys really went above and beyond the call of duty, working late and over weekends to get our house ready to move in to. They have a great team of people to call on for all aspects of work, finish to a high level, are considerate (we have a new baby) and a pleasure to have around. Budget, potential time implications and solutions are all discussed up front when any issues arise, so no nasty surprises. B&H Brickwork undertook a large project at our house, comprising two storey extension, with approx 8,000 facing bricks and 3,000 blocks. From the first site visit, they seemed to know their trade very well, and that has proved to be the case. The quality of their workmanship is extremely high (they have managed to re-create many of the detailed brickwork features of the original house). In addition, they have done much more than you might expect on site - they're punctual (whatever the weather), they keep everything very neat and tidy, and they're always ready to provide helpful advice and guidance. We feel very lucky to have found them, their hard work and helpful approach has made a large project very straightforward. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others, and would happily provide more detailed references etc if needed.
