I liked the way he worked so he ended up refurbishing the whole house. He made use of the materials and fixed things that needed fixing as he went along all within the quoted price. Neat and Tidy did a great job of tidying up our garden in a rental property. They gave a quote based on photos and did phone on the day to say that the scope of the job was much bigger than originally thought, so the cost was higher but this did reflect the state of the garden. Ruined my bathroom. Comvinced me with his over 40 years experience and business in Greece etc. Did not use levelling spacers but I thought, given his experience, he knew what he was doing. There is not a single tile properly levlled with another. Cost me extra as had to buy new tiles as he agreed to fix it but still the job looks like it was done by an amature. Tiling is not something you want going wrong as it is the final finish and now we have to live with this mess.
