We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs. From the begening we found Harry and his Team to be very professional but also had have a very friendly approach. They listerned to our concearns during the process of the instillation and also gave us some good advice and ideas. We found them to be very tidy with their work and respected our property. We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. They worked hard, left the garden tidy, and took away all the waste. They were very pleasant and Emma, in particular, gave good advice regarding ongoing after care of the garden. I have been working for 9 - 10 years so far.Recently I have been working on someone kitchen and they are amazed by our work.They told me to get it done before a specific amount of time but I got it done before that .The work I do never requires a clean up after.

Bit of difficulty getting messages answered, but arrived early on the agreed date, which was fine. Completed the task quickly and effectively. The company's terms request payment once the quote is accepted. I pay once the job is completed (unless it's a large job, requiring a deposit, for example.) He asked for cash and I said I preferred bank transfer. He started showing me messages on his phone from people who had paid cash in advance. I said I am not them and I would transfer the money this afternoon.

John and the team did an outstanding job. It was easy to work with John and he was very knowledgeable, and provided very sensible advice. Other people quoted work which was over-the-top or wouldn't have solved the problem but John got right to the issue in a no-nonsense way. Quality of the work undertaken was very good, considering the age of the building and complexity. Would recommend.
I have good prices and my prime trade is plastering
I went with this person because I thought their price was really good but I got what I paid for. The plastering is all completely uneven, with gouges out of it it lots of places. Around the plug sockets was left as big holes so I had to go round and fill them all myself (about 10 sockets). The room was left in a complete state with plaster all over the floor and window. I was also told I would be sent an invoice, then on the day was asked over to pay by bank transfer before I had even seen the work.
