AVOID. Let us down very badly. Came to site all smiles and agreed a price and shook hands. We confirmed the price and scope of works in writing and he confirmed back to start and finish over the bank holiday. Our client had arranged to stay elsewhere. The day before he was due to start, he cancelled with a lame excuse. Totally left us looking very stupid and the client very upset. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

As a full time firefighter I compliment this role by being a fully qualified plasterer with certificates up to NVQ level 3. I also hold a teaching qualification in plastering. I pride myself on excellent customer service and working to a very high standard. I have been plastering for over 25 years and originally started out working for my fathers company doing a time served apprenticeship before setting up my own business. Adrian did an amazing job rendering my house which had terrible pebble dash all around.  The house has now been completely transformed with an absolute perfect monocouche render finish, which is why I would highly recommend him for his brilliant rendering talent. Spencer at Pocock Developments project managed our work very well. From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly. Plus we appreciated Myron and Ivan's eye for detail and managing their work around the weather. Our two dormers look great, so thanks Pocock Development and we'd definitely use them again ????
