Very pleased with the installation of splashback and tiling by Jason and his workmen. No fuss, just got on with it to a high standard and nice to have around. Everything cleaned up and will have Jason back for other jobs that need doing.

Turned up, looked at the job, said it was fine to start and that there job is fine and he will be able to do it. He put ova on the wall and then I came to check on him and he had left without saying anything and then blocked me on his phone saying he couldn’t do the job!

Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.

We have found drainage problems which the insurance company will not honour due to incorrect installation during this project. This has cost us dearly.

Came to give look at the proposed work said I would receive a quote via e mail within the week heard nothing since. Have tried to contact them again no reply certainly would use them again

I didn't have the work done. They came across as unprofessional and pushy. I can't coment on the quality of the work but I can coment on the quote process. Just verbal price. When I pushed for an email quote I just got the price again and little else. Nothing about what they were going to do as part of the job. I expect better. The last few tradesmen I have had on Rated have been excellent full written quotes and professional from the start. These guys even had to ask if they could borrow a tape measure!

He quoted £100,000 to do the job in 6 weeks & promised it would be stress free, At 12 weeks in He was told I no longer wanted him to complete the job as I received an electric shock from a socket that was left as a bare cable protruding from the wall. He blamed everybody else then fired the only two decent builders as he held them responsible. Even though I had paid the third stage payment a day previous, I was too distressed and my health was declining due to the anxiety and stress he had caused. Avoid!!
