Craig did an amazing job on my bathroom! He went out of his way to get everything done on time and was neat and extremely efficient. The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

Initial fast service was my first red flag. While the leak was resolved, the workmanship was poor. My regular engineer confirmed my fears, remarking "was it his first day soldering?" There was no proper insulation or sleeving. The replacement skirting board was the wrong model and improperly attached, despite me providing the correct details. I won't use this service again; the reason for their availability is clear. Two stars is generous.

They were not unqualified. They met every regulation in the book. You first said the wires needed to be in conduit, but when I had this checked, you then accepted that this was not the case. You said the 'regulation had changed' but conduit was never a legal requirement, just something done for practicality. The electricity was working fine for 3 days before you came and started working. This is nothing personal just bad trademanship, which I have a moral duty to highlight to others.
