I am a fully qualified plumber. Been plumbing most of my life, but went full time three years ago. My company, Dunmore Plumbing is fully insured and I pride myself on the quality of my work. My elderly mother had an issue with water leaking from the bathroom. Photos uploaded, Werner got in touch, was very communicative throughout and we agreed a time for this to be fixed. Werner provided a very reasonable quote and turned up promptly on time to fix the issue. Very efficient, friendly and simply got on with the task at hand. He cleaned up as he went along and the quality of his work was highly commended by my mother (and she's fussy). Werner is a great tradesperson, highly recommended

With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.
