This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

They kept to the timing and days working to the dot. Before they left they cleaned up using my hose for the stray bits of cement. Would recommend them for all outside building work. Gary’s communication initially was good and we agreed terms and what was needing done. The work that was carried out when he attended was good and he done a good job of it however it was raining on the day and he wasn’t able to apply the weedkiller. Since then I’ve asked him several times to come back and do this and been told he would come on a specific date and hasn’t shown up. He hasn’t been back in touch with me to arrange a date to complete this which is disappointing. Other than this the work was good
