We are very happy with the service provided. Bodean came quickly and gave us a reasonable quote. The team returned a week or so later to do the work. They worked flat out to lift over 3 tons of old flags and sand and levelled the site, returning the next day to lay turf and to trim our tree. The team took away all the waste and left our garden tidy. They were friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We are extremely happy with how they improved our garden and we would definitely recommend to anyone.

I paid for new roof in 2017 with 25 years warranty. In November 2024 the roof felt apart. I made claim through my insurance company who appointed BVS surveyor to inspect the roof. Insurance claim was declined due to poor workmanship ( insufficient battens, not secureed dry verge, tiles and not enough felt). I asked Roofsmart honour their warranty but they refused saying that I paid cheap and now they charge 10k for new roof but who wants defective roof in the first place Now I need to take legal action.

We were quoted for 3 jobs only one of which has been fully completed with 1 not done and 2 done to a not great standard and with out all of the waste being removed (which was part of the quote). Said they would be starting at 11 but didn’t arrive until gone 1pm which made things difficult for us. No pictures sent on completion despite this being offered by them and no response to our attempts to get in touch to rectify the work that has not been completed. A disappointing experience unfortunately.
