DO NOT use this tradesman. Very quick to measure up for the job, took half the cost of the job in cash to order the materials, then kept saying he was too busy to do the job. Then blanked me altogether, I think that's called theft! Had no contact despite chasing him for several weeks now, not happy!

The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.
