Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.

Tom is excellent. He is talented, honest and determined to give his clients the best. Tom adjusted the soundproofing job to give us exactly what suited our needs. He also did a great job plastering and insulating. our garage, which had been leaking heat for years. I’d certainly use Tom again.

After struggling to find a decent plasterer in the past when we needed to find someone to plaster the downstairs of our house we turned to Rated People. From the start communication with C M Lambourne Plastering was simple and straightforward, and their pricing was fair and competitive. They arrived on time each time and were very tidy and considerate on site. Their work was very good and we are very pleased with the outcome. We feel so lucky to have found Colin for decorating our kitchen, family room, study, bedroom and utility room. He's done the most amazing job swiftly and efficiently and we are so pleased with his work. Not only did he do a brilliant job but he was meticulous in tidying up afterwards and always kept a smile on his face! Ken, took on additional work for me outside the original decorating that I required. He was quick, very well priced, professional and I will be using him moving forward to maintain my rental houses. Have already recommended him to friends and neighbours and will continue to do so. Just wish he could help with the work I now have out in OZ...!! ;-)

We agreed the job would take half a day over the phone (I knew what I needed in broad terms but did not have correct networking experience to pad it out, buy a box, patch board, fit it etc). Aaron ordered the parts, and an additional switch I asked him to, and then came and did an excellent job moving things around and putting them in the box, connecting a server, routing the utp cables, in trunking, ... I got exactly what I needed with no fuss. Very pleased.
