He did this work very efficiently and for a reasonable price. His van broke down on first assigned day of the work. He let me know of this very early on the day and he was very apologatic about it. Lee Warburton from Lock Hub made an arrangement to visit for a quote, but never arrived and made no attempt to inform me. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .
