Very poor work, my radiator makes so much noise and has gotten worse since installed and when I messaged Elf to rectify initially, he completely ignored me. My brother who also used him had to reconnect his again to due to the extremely poor workmanship

Unfortunately, I can not recommend this tradeperson because he did not come at agreed day twice. Once he referred to a broken telephone, the second time he did not dignify me with any answer. It's the reason I cannot estimate quality of his work and presence of unexpected costs.

The floor tiles were not positioned by staggering as originally agreed. The wall tiles had excess grout left on them which I have had to spend number of hours cleaning of & this is still not complete. The basin does not sit level on the vanity unit, a family member has removed the basin and it in the midst pof cutting a bigger hole. Really disappointed with the overall finish.
