Very disappointed with the work. Since then, the roof has leaked on four separate occasions within 20 days, despite your guarantee of a 20-year lifespan. I had to find another team to rework the entire roof and pay the same price again.

Still has not finished our decking, after starting in December 2019. We have paid MrMackie for all the materials and they have not arrived
After receiving insurance quotes and being obliged to select the lowest price, we were leg down. Jason was a close second so we got permission to award the work to HSW. The job began two weeks earlier than expected and is now complete after 2 days. Very tidy and pleasant workers and we are pleased with the standard of workmanship.

Unfortunately after coming out and giving me a quote. Which we later agreed a slightly lower price on. Then never showed up to do the work. (Now a week later) Not even a courtesy text message to let me know.
