Neale is lovely to deal with whilst being professional, punctual and skilled. I didn't believe builders like this still existed. He turned up on time, every single time he said he would. He produced a detailed written quote and then didn't increase it throughout the job. arrived on time, came to carry out an annual service of 3 air conditioning units. Explained the job and took pictures to show what further work needed to be done. returned to site the following day to complete the job and carry out a deep clean of the air conditioning units (this although originally unplanned was definitely needed i have asked for a quote for additional units for the site
