Did not finished the job properly some things left undone. Promised an electrictral certificate which wasn't forthcoming . Sent an email and left a message on their phone did not reply . Can use the new room but not a hundred percent satisfied

Shocking work. We paid £3,400 for a brand new bathroom with new flooring throughout the home and this builder James Baker who runs under various business names from J W to The Dark Spark electrical in Spalding has destroyed the bathroom and his so called friends have placed a worthless and extremely shoddy bad job. A 5 year old could do better. We are now taking legal action after a flooding, no work for 2 weeks and wall panels that are such a bad job we have to get a new bathroom fitted.

I have finally found the most amazing professional tradesman, very much old school, who I completely trust to carry out the best possible work, and I will be using his services from now on. Despite the competitive pricing, the lack of professionalism makes their services impossible to recommend. For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up. This kind of unreliability is deeply frustrating, especially when customers plan their day around appointments.

Jan and David were immediately available to refurbish our downstairs toilet. Was very polite and did a lot of other stuffs for us as well. It's looks a look better than before and we are happy with it.

I can highly recommend Rob and his team at Made Build Interiors. They have just finished work on our Bathroom, Kitchen, Living room and Dining room. They have completely transformed all of these rooms and we are extremely happy with the end result. Rob is a great sounding board for creative and structural ideas and has a good eye for detail and design. They kept all work areas clean and tidy and had a friendly but professional attitude. We will definitely use them again for future work.

I have been in property development for 15 years and I have dealt with excellent tradesmen as well as bad tradesmen. I can categorically say that Shawn is one of the best tradesmen I have dealt with. He provided me with very competitive quote, completed job when he said he would and his finish is brilliant. His way of dealing with customers is clam and professional.He did not ask me for penny upfront and all was paid after he invoiced me having finished the job.

Adrian was very pleasant to deal with and completed wiring up and signing off on my garden house very quickly and to good quality. He even fixed an earthing fault on my house after discovering it. Every step was explained in detail and there was good transparency. The price was good too. I would recommend AP electrical.
