Very smooth, professional job from start to finish. Everything done when agreed between myself and the builder. Job finished more than a day ahead of schedule. Everyday we came into the house there was very little disruption and the job site kept clean. When the job was finished the room was left extremely clean and practically dust free. Came promptly to assess leaking roof. Explained exactly what the problem was, how much it would cost, when he could do it and how long it would take. Replaced missing tiles and fixed the ones that had moved. Very professional and efficient, would recommend him without doubt.

The quote was better than expected. The builders were very clean and tidy each day. The work was completed despite the weather conditions not being perfect. The finished walls were to a high standard when compared to other nearby residential properties that have been recently pointed. I would recommend this company to anyone asking for a similar job request. My neighbours have asked for contact details of the builder after seeing the work completed.

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. the damaged ceiling on the landing was taken down and re-plastered. All the rubbish was removed and the area cleaned. I will be using them again in the future.
