Mark responded very quickly and on a Sunday as it had been pouring with rain and the problem was a leaky roof, so very thoughtful. He was very contactable which is very refreshing and arrived when he said he would. The job has been carried out the very next day and has been done very well. I am extremely happy with the work and how it was done. Mark and his employee were very friendly and professional and left everything nice and tidy. This was a small job and i didn't know if anyone would be interested. However, John got in touch and turned up on time. He had a look at what needed to be done and gave me a quote. I considered this to be acceptable. He then started work and had the job finished in just over an hour. I found the work to be of a good standard and so have no hesitation in recommending his company.
