So the context here is that we have had 4 roofers come to us (not from Rated People) to repair our leak. All arrived with promises to resolve our leak and none managed to do this. Jay and his team inspected the job, confirmed what needed to be done and has delivered on his promises. James arrived at the agreed time and after going up to survey the chimney produced a detailed plan and quotation and showed me photos.The price was fair and the work was undertaken straight away. Blythe charged a call out fee to visit the house and prepare an estimate. He then assigned the work to a Mark Harris who we believed works for him. Mark started the work before Christmas and asked for payment in full on the 22nd Dec, promising to complete the work on the 23rd. He failed to turn up and has broken repeated promises since. He now refuses to accept calls. Meanwhile his incomplete work is sub standard and we have new leaks due to poorly laid fiberglass. Slatemasters now deny he works for them!
