arrived on time, came to carry out an annual service of 3 air conditioning units. Explained the job and took pictures to show what further work needed to be done. returned to site the following day to complete the job and carry out a deep clean of the air conditioning units (this although originally unplanned was definitely needed i have asked for a quote for additional units for the site

We needed 10 'floating' shelves in a couple of alcoves. Jordan's quote was within our budget and he was friendly and easy to deal with whilst setting up the job. Jordan and his colleague turned up on schedule and delivered exactly what we wanted within a day, leaving everywhere clean and tidy, would recommend - thanks again!

In addition to replacing the spot lights I asked Raef to replace my bathroom floors with LVT flooring. The result was excellent! The job was carried out to an exceptionally high standard with the minum of fuss or delay. Although not cheap, I am more than happy with the finished result, and would have no hesitation in contacting RT Property Services for any future jobs. Very Highly Recommended.

Joe was very professional, punctual, tidy and all at a competitive price! What can I say? I was slightly sceptical and didn’t expect too much but I was very much mistaken. The service we received from these guys was A1. From entering the details onto the website I was contacted via email and text message within minutes. I was then contacted, within 15 minutes , by Ideal roofing and building to make an appointment for the very next morning. Two very friendly guys arrived as scheduled, did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. The whole experience was actually a pleasure. Friendly, prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Jonathan took on a job that nobody else seemed to want to tackle, and did it for the price I was hoping for. He encountered a few problems along the way but managed to overcome them without having to alter the quoted price. Turned up on time both days and did a full days work, unlike so many tradesmen I've used in the last 6 months.

Mark was very professional. He did an excellent job in repointing the rear of our Victorian terrace. He was thorough in preparing the job and in clearing and cleaning-up after each day and we're very pleased with the results.
