An outstanding trades person. I posted the job in February but had to save up before the work could be done. Phil waited and he did the work for me in June. The weather was very hot but that didn't stop Phil from getting on with the job ,nor did problems he encountered .. He is a problem solver and repaired the problem before finishing his own job and he cleaned up at the end of each day. 5 stars .

I had the entire windows of my house changed from 1970s aluminium double-glazing to PVC double-glazing by Culmen Windows. From the initial survey to the fitting, they kept me updated at all times and were reasonable in terms of price. I was very pleased with the end result and I will consider them in the future if the need arises.

Dennis made from scratch our bespoke door which was exactly what we wanted, although lockdown happened just after ordering it from him, he worked on the door and kept us updated. Very punctual, professional and friendly, we can’t rate him or his work highly enough, the door looks fantastic.

Fitted a new boiler and a few new radiators/towel rail. Also plumbed in a new kitchen sink and sorted out our gas cooker. Reasonable quote, which was spot on (no hidden extras). Got the job done when agreed and even came out to bleed the radiators a couple of weeks after the system was installed. Very happy with the quality of the work. Thank you Tim and Darren.

An absolute pleasure to have working for us. I don't feel the need to tell them what i need constantly, they help me with what would be the best solution and what could be done to make my home better. The work is of excellent quality and i have full trust and reliability in them. For the amount of work that was needed in my home the value and quality was amazing. Company responded quickly to original request and seemed to have sorted out all the velux windows as requested. The charge was reasonable although I didn't receive the invoice and receipt that I requested which caused a record problem. I brought the company back to do a second job - fixing a leak around one of my velux windows and also carrying out some smaller roofing repairs. Company went to great efforts to get the right slates which I appreciated. Unfortunately the leak wasn't fixed properly and when we went up on the roof we found the seal around the window was loose and clearly hadn't been fixed down properly. the servicing of the velux windows also seems to have only temporarily fixed the problems and slowly one by one the motors are failing again. The charge for the work was OK but again I didn't (despite requests and promises) receive an invoice breaking down the charge or a receipt. Level of workmanship was OK but admin is sloppy and the company will need to sort that out.
