Thanks for having a look at us on rated people, we are a property maintenance company, that specialise in converting garages and garden buildings into offices, gyms, mancaves, bedrooms and pretty much anything you would like to use your space for. We will manage the entire project with in house electrician, roofer, joiners etc. We also specialise in flat roofing, mainly EPDM rubber roofs and GRP. Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Alen also made suggestions which we had not thought about. He said we would have beautiful new windows and he has delivered. Clean, polite and kept informed throughout the process. Wholeheartedly recommended.

Adam had literally called and came to see me in within an hour of me posting the job up., He quoted and came back the same afternoon., although he came across some challenges by the previous workerleft he dealt with it fast and efficiently. Did not waste any time, left everything very tidy and even did an extra wee add on job for me. Reliable - priced excellently., Lovely guy, did what he promised in no time. We were happy with the kitchen and work (apart from late start and finish / lack of communication), but the kitchen has been in for less than a year and the new floor that was laid is splitting. The underlay wasn’t installed correctly so the joints on the vinyl tiles have split. We’re going to have to have it all removed and done again, properly. Very disappointing.
