Adam viney gave me a really good quote on my fencing & when quoting the job he asked me what i would like Style size etc which i liked also he kept me updated all the way through the job & even worked the job around my work/school hours, he did a brilliant job & even took away my old fencing & all the mess.. i didn't have to do a thing he was very reliable & pleasant tradesman i would recommend Adam to any body that needs fencing/building & conservatory's.. me & my Husband are really pleased with the job

We can not recommend Lee and his team highly enough. Their professional approach and quality of workmanship throughout the project was refreshing to see, along with exceptional value for money. Trot came to install a cat flap through a wall within the house. Done an? absolutely amazing job which looks very neat and tidy! And was at a good price especially considering it was a very niche job! They had great communication and was able to help with any questions we had. Will definitely be using 1st Choice Property Maintenance again!

Excellent all round,2 external doors and one frame replaced and painted. Vasile and co worked really hard and did an excellent job fitting locks and new handles. Look lovely. Did such a good job,I asked them to replace the 2 windows on outbuildings ,wood frames rotten so replace and painted using existing glass. Very good quotes for both. Will definitely contact them in the future.

I wouldn't? recommend this firm as they promise to give you a disc containing still and moving pictures of your drains but they don't appear to know how to operate their camera. Consequently I only received a disc containing corrupted files, and when they re-took images of my drains i did not receive a file at all. And when I queried if a section of the relined drains was properly sealed they failed to return to my house. I recommend anyone not to part with any money until completely satisfied.
