I had a automatic shutter installed by this company. This company completed the work in a timely fashion and left the premises clean and tidy. I would recommend them in future.

Pathetic behaviour of the owner, I requested services for which i was asked to pay half of the money upfront, the guys turned up did not completed the requested job by saying its too late now we have to drive two hours to go back home? Never turned up to do rest of the work! Instead damaged my property never apologised for that neither returned to even check it. Avoid and dont pay in advance

Although Paul initially replied to the quote promptly and did the job on the same day; we were left with a hole in the wall from the fixing of the blinds. Again, Paul was initially apologetic and offered to fix the problem; however he subsequently did not turn up to the house on the day he was going to come and has for 2 weeks not responded to polite emails, text messages or picked up telephone calls. Disappointed customer.

I originally gave a five star rating. However, failure to respond to repeated requests for certification of the work done and subsequently being advised that my consumer unit had been left in a dangerous state means that this has to be revised. One star because I cannot see how to award no stars. Disappointingly unsatisfactory.

II made a significant mistake going with ION. To the extent I have had to get another security installer in to remove his poor work and reinstall a new systsem The customer service is poor, with ION not responding to any form of communication! The original scope of the work was never completed and was left in poor state I would avoid using him at all costs! Else you will end up having to pay double for someone to do the job properly!
