He kept me informed of what needed doing, even showing me the photographic images of all the damage that had been done by tree roots. Competitive quote given promptly after his initial visit. Chris The Locksmith rang me within minutes of putting my job on the board which he discussed and gave me a price over the phone. We agreed on that and he was here within the hour from Nuneaton which must be 30 plus miles away. He looked at the door mechanism and kept adjusting until he was completely satisfied. He also could see the door was not hung correctly and adjusted it accordingly.He was very professional, friendly would recommend highly.
