Luke and team started work on the Bank holiday, took down Solar Panels, stripped old tiles, soffits, facias and guttering. Completed full roof replacements and bird proofed the solar panels within 5 days and kept the area clean and tidy. All this done for a very good price quoted on 1st inspection and stuck to it till the end. Our £5k bathroom is ruined due to the unprofessionalism of TAPS - from start to finish its been a disaster. We are now left with leaks under our bath, which has fused the kitchen lights as the water has come thru the ceiling, a toilet that wobbles and a chrome radiator that he fitted with brass elbows. Professional!! Every opportunity has been give for Don to fix this put our correspondence is just ignored. So everyone be warned!!
