Gary did a great job mending the drain. He was reliable, keeping to the times arranged and working in really cold conditions until everything was finished and tidied up. He kept me informed of what needed doing, even showing me the photographic images of all the damage that had been done by tree roots. Competitive quote given promptly after his initial visit. He was really receptive to text messages, was very accommodating when we had to change the original work date, and was keen to get back to us as soon as the counters were re-fitted, so we had a working kitchen again. First class. Arrived punctually, replaced blocked down pipe and corner piece of gutter. Cleaned the inside and outside of entire gutter going the dxtra mile to clean the gutter abov the conservatory which no one else has managed to reach since being installed about 30 years ago. Reasonable price as well. Absolutely delighted with the result. Also followed up the work with a courtesy call to check all was well. I would recommend them to anyone

The reason I chose infinity to carry out the work on my roof. James came around when he said he would and inspected the roof and explained all options in detail. He definitely knew his stuff, and nothing was too much trouble. James also explained about having a rubber roof if I wanted, which at the time never entered my mined. I did go with the rubber roof in the end. James and colleague Dec carried out the work to a very high standard and completed the roof in 2 days. I would truly recommend them ????
