I had a lot of work done today - curtain rails put up, a rather drastic painting and filling in job to be done in the main room where an old fashioned radiator had been taken out, etc. The painting job was of real concern to me as this is a newly refurbished flat with no clue left as to what shade was used on the walls, but the match is faultless. Harris services were quick to call after I posted my job on here, they came round that day within an hour and quoted for the job which was reasonable, when up on my roof they were very good at clearing my gutters full of moss and pointed out some potential problem areas which also explained why we had some slight damp against another outside wall, so we had some extra work completed by them, they were efficient, friendly and good hard workers even in the rain. We needed some buttresses built to support a garden wall. Fred was able to provide very practical help and advice which we were more than happy to act upon.
